CVILLE Party Bus Liability & Waiver
What is included?
- Tours last for 5 hours. All tours are required to be round trip tickets. We will pick your party up (up to 14 passengers) from one location of your choice that is typically no more than a 40 minute bus ride from your first and last point of interest. We will then visit three locations of your choosing and spend one hour at each of these venues. These packages are $600.
- Create Your Own Packages are up to you! Some examples are Drive Shack Richmond or even a shopping trip! Let us know ahead of time where you’d like to go and for how long and we will do the best we can to accommodate your needs. Prices for these packages vary.
- Arrival: Please arrive and have your whole party gathered at the agreed upon pick up location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled boarding time. All guests are required to sign the liability waiver. https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/618d8d851af6d/web/
Is a Downpayment required?
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. If you decide to cancel your trip for any reason 30 days or more in advance, then we will refund your deposit in full. If you decide to cancel your trip for any reason with less than 30 days before your originally scheduled trip, the deposit will be forfeited.
Are food/drinks/alcohol permitted on the bus?
Food and drinks are permitted on board. Cville Party Bus does not serve alcohol. Alcohol is only allowed to be brought on the bus at the initial pick up location if it is from a private residence. Purchased alcohol may be brought on from the points of interest. No open bottles or containers are allowed off of the bus and may not pass the passenger seating area of the bus (this area is separated by the curtain track). Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
Do you offer a pick-up/drop-off service?
Yes! We can pick you up from and take you to almost anywhere in the area (depending on road conditions). Extra mileage/gas fees may apply depending on where your desired locations are.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards over the phone or through Venmo @cvillepartybus, checks, and cash for the down payment or if paid for in full one month ahead of time. Only credit cards or cash will be accepted for any other payments.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
As soon as you know you want to book a trip, do it. We cannot guarantee any specific day or time because we operate on first come first serve basis. So if you reserve the date and time first, then we’re all yours!
Will you come to our party, private event, or school?
Definitely! If you don’t need to go anywhere but just want to party on the bus at your location, we would be glad to work this out with you!
